How do I install the Chrome extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for "JobWizard", and click "Add to Chrome". The extension will appear in your browser toolbar.

Why isn't autofill working on a specific site?

JobWizard supports most major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, etc.). If a site isn't supported, click the feedback button in the extension to let us know.

How do I update my resume?

Open the extension on any job page, click your profile, then "My Resume List". You can upload a new PDF resume there or manage existing ones.

How do I change my default resume?

In "My Resume List", click the star icon next to the resume you want to set as default. The default resume is used for all autofills.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your resume and profile data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Dashboard on jobwizard.ai, click "Manage Subscription" to open the billing portal, and cancel from there.
